Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Help Desk Technician, located in Houston, TX. The IT Help Desk Technician will provide technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. The role involves assisting end-users with IT-related queries, delivering exemplary customer service, and helping maintain efficient workplace technology operations. Additional responsibilities include providing training and expert guidance on IT systems and tools when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Information Technology systems and related tools.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to offer user-friendly assistance and support.
- Experience in providing Training to users for effective use of IT resources and solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred.
- Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role is an advantage.
