Job Title: Help Desk Support – Level 1
Location: Austin, TX (On-Site)
Employment Type: Contract (8 months) with potential Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
About the Role:
Are you great with people and tech? We are looking for a Help Desk Support professional to assist staff with everyday technology issues. You’ll answer calls and emails, help with computers, printers, and software, set up new accounts, and support conference room equipment. This is a hands-on role where you get to make a real impact and potentially transition into a full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level tech support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
- Help staff with onboarding and account setup.
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
- Document issues and share recurring trends with management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service experience across multiple channels.
- 2+ years supporting computers, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Adobe products.
- Experience with Active Directory and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in a tech support career.
Nice to Have:
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
- Desire to learn and advance within the organization.
