Role Description
We are looking for a full-time SQL Developer to join our on-site team from day-1 in St Paul, MN. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases to ensure optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing database structures, implementing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, and working closely with team members to analyze and model data effectively to support organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Database Development and Database Design
- Strong skills in using AI prompts for development.
- Proficiency in Snowflake & ability to convert SQL stored procedures to snowflake language with the help of AI.
- Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Experience with Data Modeling and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize database performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry certifications related to databases or data management are a plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Snowflake or other database technologies is highly desirable
