Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong Knowledge in GxP/GMP Process and its validation.
Experience in handling Benchtop devices, Gxp and GMP LAB Instruments and executing Sops in a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY LAB (Pfizer, Abott, Vertex, BMS, Lilly etc.) and Understanding of GxP, GMP process.
Strong Knowledge in IT Infra and support experience on windows OS/hardware and troubleshooting.
Exposure in LAB Devices, Medical Instruments, Pharma equipment.

Working days & hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 – 18:00 on 9 hours shift

- Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge)

- Printers support (mapping, printer queue…)
- Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing
Experience in Windows environment
- Imaging and configuration

- Experience with SCCM (imaging and package deployment) and AutoPilot
Mobile devices support
- Managing and configuring Mobile devices
