Who you are:
- 5+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including administration of IaaS environments, Azure Virtual Desktops, and hybrid identity management using both on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Proven experience migrating ERP or other enterprise systems from on-prem to SaaS/cloud-based solutions, with strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system connectivity.
- Background in M&A IT integration — assessing, onboarding, and securing new environments; strong troubleshooting skills with broad IT systems and networking knowledge and a security-first mindset.
What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain the organization’s Azure infrastructure, handling both daily operational tasks and larger cloud transformation projects (including ERP migration).Support M&A activities by evaluating acquired company environments, performing site assessments (occasional travel <10%), and integrating systems into the corporate Azure ecosystem.Collaborate with a 6-person IT team to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations — balancing routine maintenance, security hardening, and forward-looking cloud initiatives.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $50-70/hr Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
