💼 IT Service Desk Technician (Level 1–2)
📍 Onsite – The Woodlands, TX
🕓 Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
We’re seeking a reliable IT Generalist to join our team onsite in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting end users across diverse technologies in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Level 1–2 technical support for users onsite and remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Active Directory, Windows OS, and virtualized environments
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
- Support hardware, printers, and peripheral devices
- Escalate complex incidents as needed while maintaining clear communication and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
