This Senior Strategic Account Manager role will entail managing and growing one of our most important accounts.
We’re looking for a talented individual who builds and maintains long-term relationships with a company's most valuable clients, acting as a key contact to drive mutual growth and profitability. They will understand the client's business deeply to identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and develop long-range plans to maximize the value of the relationship. This role requires strong communication, analytical, sales and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities:
Develop account strategies: Create and implement long-term plans to grow revenue and profitability from key accounts.
Cultivate client relationships: Build trust and credibility by maintaining strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
Act as a liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and various internal teams.
Identify opportunities: Analyze client needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Market knowledge: A broad understanding of market research products, processes, and specific industry products, especially in the Healthcare sector.
Sales and business development: A proven track record in account management, sales, or business development.
Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are crucial.
Business acumen: A good understanding of financial concepts, contract management, and how to develop business cases.
