Scope of Work
seeking an experienced Analyst / Technical Specialist to support ongoing technology and data-driven initiatives.
This role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
- Conducting data validation and quality assurance to support decision-making.
- Assisting with software configuration documentation and system evaluations.
- Providing hands-on analytical and technical support to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy for COTA’s transit and executive functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, software implementation, or cybersecurity monitoring.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS.
- Experience working with COTA-type systems such as AVL, CAD/AVL, ERP, or CRM.
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+ or Data Analytics specialization.
