Job Summary – SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer

Length: 12+ months

Location: Onsite in Columbia, South Carolina (Candidates permitted to relocate to SC)

Hours: 40 per week, flexible scheduling may be required

Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP ECC HR modules (SCEIS platform) and related HR systems.
Implement configuration changes and support modernization of HR systems.
Optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Monitor, validate, and resolve data quality issues within HR systems.
Develop, maintain, and support advanced reporting and dashboards using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues as needed.
Execute system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, configuration records, and user guides.
Provide technical support and training to HR system users.
Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory standards (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, FLSA).
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure system functionality meets business and compliance requirements.
