Product Experience Director
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Experience to shape how the world experiences our growing product portfolio. This leader will redefine how we communicate our products’ value—through compelling storytelling, intuitive design, and a unified brand experience.
By joining our Strategic Communications and Channels team within Enterprise Operations and collaborating with our Product Function, you will build the strategy, playbook, and standards that guide how we position and activate our products in the market.
You’ll lead the transformation of our product narrative—from concept and incubation to launch and market activation—turning complex tech products into stories that resonate with customers and strengthen Booz Allen’s reputation as an innovative tech leader. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and lead the end-to-end product experience strategy, connecting design, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
Translate user and market research into actionable insights that inspire designers, engineers, marketers, and executives.
Partner with product and engineering teams to bring new product innovations to life—shaping their brand identity and launch narratives.
Establish creative frameworks, design standards, and storytelling playbooks that unify the product experience across touchpoints.
Collaborate with brand, marketing, and digital teams to deliver bold, cohesive, and high-impact product communications.
Drive measurable transformation in how Booz Allen’s product portfolio is perceived by customers and stakeholders.

You Have:
12+ years of experience leading storytelling, design, and brand strategy for large-scale technology product offerings
Experience designing for enterprise or consumer technology products
Experience applying innovative storytelling and design approaches to elevate brand experiences
Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams
Experience leading or partnering with corporate brand and marketing functions, including enterprise or account marketing, creative or multimedia design, and digital channels or platforms
Ability to craft product or portfolio-level design strategies for distinct customer ecosystems
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
