IT System Administrator

We’re seeking an IT System Administrator to join our North America IT team. This hands-on role will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile issues, while helping improve IT processes, tools, and the overall end-user experience. You’ll also provides Tier 2 technical support to both local and remote users across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Administer/Support internal and cloud-based infrastructure
Provide responsive technical support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, applications, and networks)
Administer provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts, GPO, conditional access, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and device identity.
Administer/troubleshoot wired/wireless/VPN network infrastructure
Manage/Automate hardware deployment and application access
Support O365 and common endpoint security services
Maintain IT compliance and security best practices
Contribute to knowledge base articles, runbooks and process documentation
Collaborate and business teams to drive improvements

What We’re Looking For:

3-5+ years of System Administration / IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
Familiarity with endpoint management tools (JAMF, Intune, etc.)
Experience with wired and wireless networks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
IT certifications a plus
