Key Responsibilities Platform Enablement & Acceleration - Build templates, starter kits, and plug-and-play components for tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Python Notebooks.
- Reduce ramp-up time and promote consistency across analytics platforms.
Data Modeling & Semantic Layers - Design semantic layers and prebuilt models (Power BI, Tableau, DataSphere) to ensure business teams can access clean, business-ready data.
- Support semantic model creation across platforms for standardized reporting and insights.
User Onboarding & Training - Develop onboarding guides, tutorials, and platform walkthroughs tailored to diverse personas (e.g., business analysts, automation builders, ML developers).
- Build enablement material to enhance self-service analytics adoption.
Adoption & Change Management - Partner with product owners to support platform adoption through training sessions, enablement campaigns, and artifact libraries.
- Drive awareness of new capabilities and best practices.
Best Practices & Governance - Document and maintain best practices by building a repository of reusable components, examples, and reference architectures.
- Standardize development approaches across teams to ensure scalability and compliance.
Collaboration & Partnership - Work closely with developers, analysts, engineers, and business users to identify pain points and design enablement solutions.
- Ensure tools are user-friendly, impactful, and aligned with business needs.
