Pay: $60,000 - 65,000 with bonus eligibility up to 15% of base salary

About the role
The Technology Coordinator will support the effective use of technology at MIINC by serving as the primary liaison between internal staff and our Managed Services Provider (MSP), Mentis Group. The role will focus on coordinating onboarding and offboarding employees, device procurement and inventory, scheduling support, and facilitating communication between teams. The position will not provide direct technical support or engage in project execution, IT strategy, or budget management.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Coordination
- Act as an internal point of contact for technology-related requests.
- Route support tickets and requests to the MSP as appropriate.
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Schedule and attend regular coordination meetings with the MSP.
- Communicate IT updates and timelines to internal stakeholders.
Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with HR and the department lead to manage technological needs for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensure timely set up of equipment and access credentials by the MSP.
- Assist in building and streamlining internal processes and documentation for onboarding and offboarding.
Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of devices in partnership with the MSP.
- Track device assignments and maintain asset documentation.
- Facilitate secure disposal of retired equipment with guidance from MSP.
- Assist in building and streamlining internal processes and documentation for inventory/procurement.
Documentation & Internal Communication
- Maintain up-to-date records of software licenses and technology assets.
- Distribute basic user guides or documentation created by the MSP.
- Help promote awareness of tools, systems, and processes supported by MSP.

- Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technology assets and workflows.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate effectively with external MSP to support business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of IT support, administrative, or coordination experience
- Experience working with MSP’s is a plus
- Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
