Title: Technical Operations Analyst
Location : ONSITE- Oldsmar, FL - 5 days/week ONSITE
Type: Contract-long term
Pay: Up to $27.00/HR commensurate with experience

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our leadership and internal teams, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows AND macOS, Experience with ABM is a plus
- Must have experience with windows migration Moving from Win 7/8 to 10 or 10 to 11.
- Must be willing to traveling occasionally for Trade Shows, office locations and as needed. (up to 10%)
- Excellent phone and troubleshooting skills
- Manage computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot software issues, including VPN connectivity, firewall configurations, and desktop support.
- Seeking individuals with strong Technical skills and a Customer first focused mind set.
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience in enterprise environment required.
- A+, CCNA, or similar certification is preferred.
- Office 365 administration or Support required.
- Strong experience troubleshooting, configuring Active Directory is required.
- Hands on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers.
- Break/fix – median time to respond 1-hour, median time to resolve 10 hours.
- Aged tickets under 15%.
- Proficient with Windows 10 to 11 migration.
- Chrome, Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop configurations and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience handling large amounts of HelpDesk tickets per day.
- Travel as needed.
- Must be available for flexible on call rotation.
- Must have experience assisting Executive level leaders in a professional manner.
