This role is designed for an experienced technology leader who will drive large-scale digital transformation engagements across multiple industries. The Vice President, Solution Architecture will serve as a strategic advisor, working with clients, sales, and delivery teams to define and implement innovative Microsoft-based solutions. This position requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architectures. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to mentor and inspire a high-performing team while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for multi-workload Microsoft Cloud engagements, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI initiatives
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to scope engagements, define high-level requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Translate business needs into technical standards, development frameworks, and governance practices
- Guide innovation through implementation accelerators, reference architectures, and solution templates
- Chair solution review committees to validate blueprints, migration plans, and deployment strategies
- Stay current with Microsoft releases and industry trends to continuously enhance solution delivery and internal knowledge
- Mentor team members, driving technical excellence and supporting professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, IT consulting, or management consulting across multiple industries
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Infrastructure, AI, and data services
- Proven ability to engage at the C-level (CXO, CTO, CIO) and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on leadership experience with large-scale digital transformation projects
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in complex, dynamic environments
- Familiarity with cloud economics, security frameworks, and enterprise governance practices
