Our Plano-based client is in search of an IT Support Technician to join their team for a 1-year contract to hire position in Plano, TX. The IT Support Technician will respond to all requests within SLA timeframes, depending on ticket severity.
SALARY OFFERED: Up to $25/hour depending on the candidate’s experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the triage and execution of IT Support requests. Requests come to the IT Support team via email, phone, and ticket submissions.
- Elevate concerns or broad issues to management.
- Maintain operational responsibilities.
- Adhere to policy and processes. Professionally saying “no” where appropriate.
- Maintain discretion with sensitive tickets such as new hires, terminations, and more.
- Support the development of team training materials.
- Suggest and upon approval, implement changes to enhance our systems and process within ticketing system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with the following is highly preferred: Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), Entra ID, O365, and MDM/Intune is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
