Key responsibilities:
- Desktop & Network Support: Provide technical support across affiliate sites, troubleshooting desktops, server, wireless APs (Meraki), switches and firewalls.
- Infrastructure Assistance: Occasionally assist with infrastructure-related tasks to support IT operations across affiliate sites within Pennsylvania and New York,
- Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Ensure smooth operations of Active Directory. Group Policy and other essential network services.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have:
- Two to three years of experience in a desktop support role or MSP service desk role.
- Troubleshooting experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Familiarity with M365 and Azure.
- Experience in an MSP environment or Healthcare IT support.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Preferred:
- Industry Certifications: CompTIA or CCNA.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical office setting.
- Good knowledge of firewall setup, wireless APs, Active Directory and Group Policy.
