Position Description
Join the TherapyNotes team as a Systems Administrator and take your tech skills to the next level! We're on the lookout for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a curious mindset to push boundaries and rethink the ordinary. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our distributed workforce, ensuring seamless operations while serving as the go-to expert for escalated helpdesk challenges. Requirements
- BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience managing Microsoft desktop and server environments
- Preferred Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF Certified Associate, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft365, Entra ID, Entra Domain Services, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, DHCP, DNS, Intune, Autopilot
- Proficiency with Apple device administration (e.g., macOS/iOS/iPadOS, JAMF, ABM)
- Proficiency with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, bash, JQL)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow an issue through to resolution
- Experience with ITIL and/or ITSM principles a plus
- Ability to manage diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment
- Strong project management skills and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Provides desktop support for remote and on-site employees
- Ensures all systems and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization
- Participates in engineering innovation projects that push the organization forward
- Performs recurring IT operational tasks and proactively validates environment health
- Reports and escalates support trends in order to improve service delivery
- Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of runbooks
- Provides on-call coverage for production support and other duties as required
