Job DescriptionLADEX Trade Marketing Manager, Duracell Distributing LLC, West Palm Beach, FL. Facilitate Trade Marketing activations in line with the company's brand guidelines across the company's distributor partners in the Latin America LADEX (Latin America Distributors and Exports) region. Collect and analyze data on client preferences and needs to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Support brand awareness and engagement within the LADEX markets. Promote company growth in the LADEX region through regional activations, social media and oversite and localization. Analyze marketing strategies to align the brand strategy. Work with regional marketing and LADEX sales teams to support and ensure brand consistency is delivered across all activations and associated materials. Guide initiatives through a critical path and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product and materials launch successfully. Work on e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence. Assist in media planning activities. Develop distributors segment marketing activities. Responsible for the entire business within the country/cluster, including delivery profitability targets, sales growth, and market share. Follow-up on purchases and deliveries of marketing materials with vendors.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
- Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting data, using tools such as Nielsen and D&D;
- Planning and deploying initiatives for go-to-market (GTM) projects;
- Trade marketing in consumer goods industry;
- Understanding of market dynamics in Latin American and the Caribbean regions;
- Solving customers issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations;
- Developing standardized reports for key measures (KPI) that enables business decisions; and
- Monitoring competitions and gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
QualificationsFluency in Spanish required.
Up to 35% domestic and international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
