Position Summary:

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven ability to develop new accounts, navigate long B2B sales cycles, and strategically manage enterprise sales. What Does Success Look Like?
- Achieve sales targets and consistently grow revenue for Azul Arc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving them through the sales cycle with a strategic approach.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Azul Arc’s digital services, UX/UI design, and software development solutions, effectively positioning them to meet client needs.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within enterprise clients, ensuring deals progress toward closure.
- Leverage industry events, professional associations, and strategic networking opportunities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Provide insights and consultative guidance to prospects, aligning our services with their business challenges and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects into long-term clients.
- Execute full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop tailored pitches and presentations that articulate value propositions to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Use structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN) to qualify leads and optimise deal progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in digital solutions, SaaS, UX/UI design, or custom software development.
- Proven success in developing net-new business and scaling enterprise sales pipelines.
- Experience selling into C-suite and senior executives with long, consultative sales cycles (6+ months).
- Strong prospecting, pipeline development, and account management skills.
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or equivalent).
- Experience managing complex sales with multiple decision-makers and long deal cycles.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.

- Experience selling software development, UX/UI design, or digital transformation services.
- Existing relationships in commercial contract/interior products, professional services, or innovation-driven firms.
