Job DescriptionCorporate Development M&A ManagerWe are seeking a driven and capable Manager to join ABM's Corporate Development team.
This team leads the development and execution of all acquisitions, minority and venture investments, partnerships, joint ventures, divestitures, and other strategic transactions that accelerate growth, drive value creation, and advance ABM's enterprise strategy.The
Manager will support all aspects of the corporate development lifecycle, including inorganic strategy development, opportunity screening, pipeline management, financial analysis, business case development, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation, closing, and integration. The role will involve close collaboration with senior executives, functional leaders, internal stakeholders, and external advisors, with opportunities to take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
This highly visible role reports to the SVP, Corporate Development and offers strong career progression with frequent exposure to ABM's executive leadership team.
Pay: $130,000.- $155,000.The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities - Support development of growth strategies; partner with key internal leaders to develop strategic investment themes to enable robust target pipeline growth.
- Drive early strategic and financial analysis of potential targets. Develop clear materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Lead valuation and financial modeling analyses including discounted cash flow, accretion/dilution impacts, comparable/precedent transactions, investment return calculations.
- Manage due diligence processes by coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with target company personnel and external advisors, identifying key diligence findings, and assessing deal implications.
- Support all aspects of deal execution, including preparation of presentation materials, negotiation support, transaction documentation, and closing. Take ownership of selected areas of responsibility within transactions.
- Contribute to pre-merger integration planning and post-merger execution to ensure the realization of deal rationale, value drivers, and synergies.
Qualifications - 4-6 years of directly relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development/M&A
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, and advisors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
