Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Support General Manager: Assist with daily operations and support the General Manager in all aspects of the bakery.
Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and developing a productive bakery team.
Sales and Profitability: Contribute to maximizing profits and sales within the bakery.
Operations and Inventory: Manage inventory, complete administrative paperwork, and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Product Quality: Participate in planning and preparing the delivery of high-quality bagels and other products.
Guest Experience: Ensure a pleasant and positive experience for all customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations and address issues.
Experience: Previous management experience is preferred.
