We're seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal team, supporting a growing international business and working with the General Counsel on various legal and regulatory matters.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide legal advice on risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, as well as support strategic projects including new product launches and international expansion. They will also play a key role in maintaining our global legal frameworks, helping ensure consistency and best practice in everything from client engagement terms to data protection and intra-group agreements.
We're keen to hear from lawyers with strong post-qualification experience-ideally gained in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team, who are confident navigating corporate, funds, or regulatory environments. This role would suit someone organised, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
