About the Role | 职位概述

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to support warehouse and office operations in a fast-paced 3PL logistics environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, network equipment, and other IT hardware. The position will also support new warehouse setup projects and provide day-to-day technical support for warehouse operations. This position is primarily based in Rialto but will provide onsite support to multiple warehouse locations as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Provide onsite technical support for warehouse and office operations across multiple warehouse locations.

Respond to and resolve day-to-day IT support requests in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding IT-related issues and projects.

Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.

Qualifications | 任职要求

Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or a related role is required.
有IT Support、Desktop Support、Help Desk或相关岗位经验。
Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and basic network infrastructure.
具备电脑、打印机及基础网络设备故障排查经验。
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or manufacturing operations is preferred.

Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations is preferred. Ability to travel between warehouse locations as needed.
