Racing for Recovery in Holland, Ohio is seeking a part-time Technology Coordinator (IT Specialist) to help maintain our office's technology systems. This role provides hands-on technical support, resolves hardware and software issues and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly. Ideal for someone who is resourceful, organized and comfortable working independently.

This is a part-time, in person position. All equipment is located on site.

Pay: $20-$22/hr depending on experience.

Duties

Provide first-level help desk support for employees (in person, by phone, or email)
Troubleshoot issues with computers, printers, mobile devices, and office equipment
Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and workstation setups
Maintain office network reliability, including Wi-Fi connectivity and basic troubleshooting
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permission management
Ensure antivirus, system updates, and security practices are followed
Maintain equipment inventory and basic documentation of hardware/software
Assist with small IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or new tool setup
Set up new workstations, including OS installation and basic configuration
Perform routine maintenance on computers and networking equipment
Ensure reliable internet and WI-FI connectivity
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues (routers, switches, VPN)
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps and common fixes
Take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments
Knowledge of basic networking (routers, switches, VPN)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common office applications
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior IT support or help desk experience required

Preferred Qualifications

Computer / IT-related or equivalent degree is preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered.
