Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Client Outreach: You will be responsible for reaching out to a wide variety of design firms, architectural offices, and other potential partners. The goal is to introduce Novo Arts, set up presentations, and build relationships to generate business.

Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads, tracking progress, and nurturing relationships to close deals. You will ensure that interested firms stay engaged, organizing physical and virtual presentations to showcase our stunning portfolio of projects.

Project Management: Work closely with the sales team and artists to manage client relationships from lead generation to final project delivery. This includes coordinating timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Presentations & Client Meetings: You’ll have the opportunity to present to potential clients in-person, demonstrating how Novo Arts can elevate their design projects through custom, site-specific art installations.

Networking & Showroom Visits: Attend networking events, trade shows, and design expos to build relationships with new contacts and potential clients in the industry.

Social Media Outreach: Leverage social media to create warm contacts and engage with design firms, showcasing Novo Arts' latest work and creating buzz about upcoming collaborations.

Project Management Skills: The ability to juggle multiple clients and projects at once, while maintaining clear communication and ensuring timelines are met.

Relationship Builders: A personable individual who can build rapport quickly and effectively, following up diligently to ensure long-term partnerships.

Creative Enthusiasts: A passion for design, art, and aesthetics is essential in understanding how Novo Arts’ custom pieces can transform a space.

Event-Savvy Networkers: Someone comfortable attending industry events, engaging with potential clients, and making new connections face-to-face.

Social Media Experience: Knowledge of how to use platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to strategically engage with design firms and foster warm contacts.

Qualifications:

-Experience in cold calling or sales (especially in the design, art, or creative industries) is a plus.

-Some experience in project management is preferred.

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to travel to client meetings, showrooms, and networking events as needed.
