Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on brand growth, audience engagement, and conversion optimization.
Manage and oversee daily social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand identity.
Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.
Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement while analyzing performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
Collaborate with public relations teams to manage relationship building with influencers, media outlets, and community partners.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for social content to enhance discoverability across digital channels.
Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Track campaign performance using web analytics and social media management tools; prepare reports that highlight insights and areas for improvement.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to continually refine strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a focus on social media strategy development.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator; video editing skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable success.
Familiarity with social listening tools and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and media contacts effectively.
Ability to proofread content thoroughly while maintaining a creative voice that aligns with brand standards.
Knowledge of branding principles within the context of digital marketing strategies for diverse industries including e-commerce.
