About the role:

We’reseeking an Associate, Corporate Finance to support valuation, financial modelling, and analysis for major strategic capital initiatives across the Company.

You’lljoin a highly collaborative corporate finance team that partners closely with senior leaders and regional teams to inform investment and strategic decisions.

Day-to-day, you will:

Build andmaintaincomplex financial models supporting investments, acquisitions, divestments,capital raises, refinancing,and development opportunities
Analyzethe corporate impacts of potential investments, including balance sheet, liquidity, credit metrics, and equity requirements
Prepare valuation analyses and materials for senior leadership and Board consideration
Support the development, maintenance, and audit of asset and corporate financial models
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to review assumptions, challenge inputs, and deliver high‑quality insights

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:

Demonstrated interest in project finance with a solid understanding of core project finance concepts
Strong corporate finance, valuation, and financial modelling experience (advanced Excel skillsrequired)
Ability to interpretandcritiquecomplex financial analysisand communicate insightswithsoundcommercial judgmentto senior stakeholders
Experience supporting transactions such as acquisitions, investments, capital raisings, or divestments
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliveraccurateanalysis under time pressure
Degree, or equivalent practical experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline, preferred
