What It Takes To Win In This Role

Visual Brand Stewardship

Own and advance OneAscent's visual identity across all entities by maintaining brand standards and developing templates.
Ensure designed materials reflect values-aligned positioning with cohesive, professional aesthetics.

Creative Asset Production

Design and produce high-quality creative assets for marketing, sales, and advisor support including social graphics, email visuals, event materials, and presentations.
Deliver work on time and on brand.

Visual Storytelling

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex financial and values-aligned concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
Continuously improve design quality by staying current on tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field. 3-5 years of professional design experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

Financial services or B2B design experience.
Motion graphics or video editing skills.
Web design experience (Figma, WordPress).
Understanding of marketing and brand strategy.
