Job Description

As an IT Help Desk Technician at Rhodeway, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success by providing timely and effective solutions to IT-related issues. Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
Ensure information security and cybersecurity protocols are followed.
Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Experience in a help desk or IT support role (0-5 years).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
