Position Summary

Kind Lending is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. This fully remote role is responsible for supporting a modern, cloud-first environment and providing high-quality technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will handle a wide range of support needs, maintain systems, and contribute to IT initiatives that improve our overall technology experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learns quickly, and communicates with kindness—someone who can work independently while delivering thoughtful, people-first support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using our ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and device performance.
Provide clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical levels.
Support, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
Assist with user communication and coordination for security-related alerts, as directed by the Security Engineer (e.g., Microsoft Defender notifications).
Contribute to IT initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender, and Entra.
Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to strengthen internal knowledge resources.

Pay Disclosure

The starting base pay for this position is $67,000/annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
