Our client is seeking an IT Associate who’s ready to keep technology running smoothly and support a growing team. In this role, you’ll configure devices, troubleshoot issues, assist with onboarding, and help maintain an organized and secure IT environment. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

IT Associate’s Responsibilities And Duties

Configure, deploy, and support desktop and laptop systems for all end users.
Prepare new workstations and laptops and set up new users with accounts, computers, printers, and shared drives.
Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues while providing clear and helpful guidance.
Maintain accurate IT asset and user databases, including account creation, modification, password resets, and group membership updates.
Troubleshoot issues related to email, network connectivity, desktop applications, VPN, phones, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and support printers, faxes, modems, and related equipment.

IT Associate’s Qualifications And Skills

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk or PC support experience.
Hands-on experience with MS Windows 7 and 10.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
Experience with JD Edwards, IBM iSeries, or Infor M3 is a plus.
