Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is located in a beautiful, 25,000 square foot facility with a full rehabilitation suite. We are seeking a full-time or part-time small animal veterinarian. Potential for mobile and on-site small ruminant and large animal services for interested, full-time veterinarians.

Rehab certification expenses negotiable for interested, experienced, full-time veterinarians. Collaborative approach to rehab cases - full-time veterinarian starting in early 2025 will be pursuing canine rehabilitation certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, experienced veterinarian base salary: $125-175k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $200k
Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
Relocation stipend
Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
Basic benefits information: Paid vacation & sick leave; health, dental, vision insurance with generous employer contribution; several additional supplemental insurance options; 100% coverage of liability, license defense, professional dues and licensing fees, 401k with generous employer contribution, 100% coverage of short term disability insurance premiums.
