Role: Home Remodeling Estimator

Overview: Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is seeking an experienced and motivated Bathroom, Kitchen, and Basement Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling projects, collaborating with clients, production manager, and managing the project budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop cost estimates for bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling projects, including materials, labor, and equipment
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budget, and design preferences
Collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate and timely project completion
Manage project budgets and schedules, and adjusting as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and timely resolution of any issues that arise during the project

You Have:

3+ years of experience in home renovation, with a focus on bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software, such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
