We are looking for a dedicated onsite manger to join our team, this is a fast-paced work environment filled with friendly people.
Essential Functions
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs
• Ensure all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner
• Post legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and company guidelines
• Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing
• Ensure A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle all funds
• Perform leasing activities, schedule showing, and fill vacancies
• Report any unusual activities to Regional Supervisor
• Enforce the terms of rental agreements and oversee rental proceedings.

• This role is an on-site manager position that requires that the employee live on-site. Are you able and willing to relocate to an apartment on the property?
Experience:
• Buildium: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)
