We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Automotive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist sales department with customer inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.
Prepare sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and financing paperwork.
Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership’s CRM system.
Organize and manage vehicle inventory, including scheduling test drives and inspections.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
Support sales promotions, events, and campaigns to generate leads.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the sales team or management as needed.
Stay updated on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions to assist with customer inquiries.
Other office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous automotive industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Full Time, Must be able to work Weekends
