As a Client Success Specialist, you'll build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure retention. In this role, you'll act as bridge between the SEO Manager and the client, demonstrating the value of our work through tailored and clear communication, and coaching clients as they implement our strategies.
Responsibilities:
Ensure client-agency communications are clear and timely
Ensure that client deliverables are handed in a timely manner and under BTW's quality standards
Ensure client satisfaction by constantly showcasing the value of our work
Improving client retention by being the client's advocate
Support the SEO Manager in running upsells and identifying opportunities
Supporting the Operations team to improve processess and standards on client communication, delivery, and processess
