If you enjoy a well-run show at a theater—crisp lighting cues, moments of the perfect musical beat, professionally executed multimedia, and a well stocked bar —maybe there’s a FoH staff member inside of you. If you like making things run smoothly and on time, Endgames might be looking for you. FoH staff at Endgames Improv are the conductors of our symphony. They communicate and stay on top of everything with fingers on the light, sound, and video, close relationships to performers, producers, and audience coming through the front lobby.
Shows at Endgames are a team effort, but this role has their hands in everything. At its heart, Endgames supports the comedy community around us. We come to entertain and to put in good work, but we also come to be with our friends, have fun, and make something we’re passionate about. Our mission is to put on the best improv comedy in San Francisco, and we think we’re doing pretty good at that. If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, and earn some money at the same time, being a FoH staff member might be just right for you.
*On the offer letter, your pay is $20. Patrons provide tips and are shared between all FoH Staff at the end of the 2-week pay cycle. This is almost always just a few bucks per hour. Thus, we pay the difference to ensure you make a minimum of $28 an hour. If tips are ever above $8 per hour, you will be paid more than $28.
