WWhat You'll Be Doing
Own the Accounts Payable Function
You'll serve as the go-to person for a large-volume AP process, ensuring invoices, payments, and vendor accounts are handled accurately and efficiently.
Review and process vendor invoices and supporting documentation
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Schedule and process payments while maintaining audit-ready records
Monitor AP aging and vendor balances
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
Expand into Accounts Receivable & Billing
As you become established in the role, you'll gain additional exposure to customer billing and receivable activities.
Prepare and process customer invoices
Record transactions and post to the general ledger
Assist with collections and receivable tracking
Support billing for both routine and high-dollar transactions
Gain Exposure to Inventory & Month-End Accounting
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute beyond transactional accounting.
Support inventory accounting for significant inventory balances
Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting
Participate in month-end close processes
Help maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Partner Across the Business
You'll work closely with purchasing, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and keep processes moving.
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries
Monitor shared department inboxes
Build strong relationships across departments
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

Strong in Accounts Payable and accounting fundamentals
