WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems while delivering dependable service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
Servicing water-source heat pumps (WSHPs), packaged units, air handlers, and ductless systems.
Troubleshooting VRV/VRF systems, boilers, and central plant equipment.
Performing equipment start-ups, testing, and air-balancing activities on commercial projects.
Identifying equipment problems and recommending practical, effective solutions.
Maintaining accurate service documentation and communicating findings clearly.
Representing MSC professionally while building strong relationships with customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced technician who can work independently, think critically, and take ownership of the job.
Qualified candidates should have:
Proven hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with a variety of commercial HVAC equipment and controls.
Good communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
Professional references.
A dependable work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
