Job Type: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (Some daily over time and occasional Saturdays)
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Set up, run, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging production lines (bubble wrap, padded mailers, air pillows).
• Perform quality checks, follow specifications, and organize materials for line changeovers.
• Log production/quality metrics (written & electronic), track supply inventory, and maintain a clean area.
• Coach and mentor production assistants while following all safety rules and wearing required PPE.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read a tape measure, use basic math, and basic computer skills.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in hot environments (can exceed 95°F).
• Strong detail orientation, sense of urgency, and clear communication skills.
