Position Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate / Livestream Sales Host.
The ideal candidate has experience in in-person sales, retail, or customer service and enjoys interacting with customers, presenting products, and helping people make purchasing decisions.
This position involves selling and showcasing products through live shopping sessions. Previous livestream-selling experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
Present and showcase products during live shopping sessions.
Explain product features, details, and benefits to potential customers.
Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage customer participation.
Promote products and help generate sales during livestreams.
Maintain an engaging, friendly, and professional presence on camera.
Prepare products and coordinate with the team before livestream sessions.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, in-person sales, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products.
Outgoing, friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to an audience.
Able to explain products and help customers make purchasing decisions.
Willing to learn livestream selling techniques and work as part of a team.
No previous livestream experience is necessary. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Compensation
Base hourly pay plus commission. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
