The Food Runner supports full-service and high-volume casual dining operations by delivering accurate orders, maintaining polished tables, assisting guests, and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen. This role reports to the restaurant floor manager and shift supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean dining area.
- Provide responsive support to guests and assist with dining-service needs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Verify order accuracy before delivering items to guests.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of food service experience.
