What You'll Do:
• Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, Shorts) and design graphics using Canva.
• Social Media Management: Assist in maintaining our content calendar, scheduling posts, and writing compelling captions.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, answer direct messages, and interact with relevant local accounts to boost engagement.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (reach, views, engagement) and summarize insights to help refine our strategy.
• Trend Research: Stay on top of viral audio, formats, and emerging industry trends to keep our content fresh.
What We Are Looking For:
• Education / Field: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
• Creative Tools: Basic proficiency in creative tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing apps.
• Skills: Strong written communication, sharp eye for aesthetics, and a collaborative mindset.
