55 for Seniors is building a small California team to help adults 55+ enroll in care programs they may qualify for at no cost to them. I want to be upfront: this is commission-only work — no salary, no hourly wage. You are paid when the people you help enroll.
I'm now building our team across the Inland Empire and the surrounding Los Angeles area — Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Pomona, Upland, Chino, and nearby LA communities.
Track 1 — Licensed Life & Health agents (independent)
- Commissions plus renewals — you build a book that stays yours
- Enrollments happen year-round — no AEP-only grind
- Requirements: active CA Life & Health license, background check, E&O coverage
Track 2 — Enrollment helpers (no license required)
- No license needed for the main senior-program track — training + certification are provided through the program's own portal
- Paid per completed enrollment; the full commission schedule is explained before you start
- Background check required
Both tracks: flexible hours, work in your own community. Bilingual agents especially welcome — Spanish, Russian, Asian languages, Punjabi/Hindi.
