We are seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating, and support a smooth dining experience. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and works as part of a small host team, with opportunities for management development and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to dining-related inquiries.
- Assign tables and seat guests efficiently.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
- Monitor the dining area and coordinate with servers.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Complete opening procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in restaurant hosting.
- Familiarity with reservation management, table management, and waitlist coordination.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong guest relations and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
