💼 Responsibilities:
📞 Greet customers warmly, answer calls, give quotes, and guide them through tire and service options
💬 Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism and courtesy
💵 Process cash, Zelle, and credit card transactions accurately
🧾 Create invoices using iPad-based software
🚚 Coordinate vendor orders, tire returns, and adjustments
📦 Receive and organize shipments and deliveries
🧼 Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
🛞 Show tires, explain features clearly, provide accurate product info, and support customers in making confident decisions
🤝 Collaborate with technicians and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations and help maintain workflow efficiency.
🔧 Requirements:
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and common sense
• Basic math and calculator skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Good physical health (able to move tires safely)
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
