Apartment Painter/Jr Maintenance Tech
Career Strategies, The Premier Apartment Staffing and Placement Agency, is now hiring a Painter/ Jr. Maintenance Tech for open position in Chino. The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in apartment maintenance painting who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform all aspects of job duties.
Qualifications of a Jr Tech / Painter:
Must have prior professional painting experience, roll or spray(all equipment provided)
Must have experience painting vacant apartment unit’s / apartment turnovers
Must have drywall repair and patching experience
Must have stucco repair experience
Must be able to prep, patch, texture and paint
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable and able to work full-time
