Warehouse Receiving Lead
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour (depends on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Montclair, CA 91762

Garment Decor is looking for a full-time Warehouse Receiving Lead to join our team.
We are a fast-paced screen printing and embroidery company. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, checking, organizing, and staging incoming garments before they are sent to production.
Duties / Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming UPS, FedEx, freight, and vendor deliveries
-Open and organize incoming boxes
-Match merchandise to packing slips and customer orders
-Verify style, color, size, and quantity
-Identify shortages, overages, damaged items, or incorrect merchandise
-Report receiving discrepancies immediately
-Label and organize merchandise by order
-Stage completed orders for production
-Keep different customer orders properly separated
-Communicate with production, customers, and office staff regarding receiving issues
-Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Skills / Qualifications:
-Warehouse, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail
-Good counting and organizational skills
-Able to work independently without constant supervision
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Dependable and punctual
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
