B-Side Entertainment is hiring outgoing, energetic, and dependable Karaoke Hosts for weekly shows at restaurants and bars throughout the Inland Empire!
We're looking for people who love entertaining, engaging with crowds, and making everyone feel like a star!
No experience necessary! We provide all equipment and training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Host karaoke shows and engage with guests.
- Encourage participation and keep the energy up.
- Manage singer rotations and make announcements.
- Set up, operate, and transport sound equipment.
- Promote events through social media.
REQUIREMENTS
- 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent people skills.
- Comfortable speaking and singing in front of crowds.
- Able to carry a tune and stay on beat (no professional singing ability required).
- Basic computer skills and active social media accounts.
- Available at least 3 nights per week.
- Willing to drive up to 45 minutes to assigned venues.
- Reliable vehicle with room for sound equipment.
- Secure indoor storage for company-provided equipment.
- Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and receptive to feedback.
INTERVIEW & AUDITION
Qualified applicants will be invited to one of our live karaoke shows for an informal interview and audition.
Come prepared to sing one UPBEAT karaoke song! We're evaluating personality, confidence, and stage presence — not just singing ability!
